18 Oct Criterion to Attend 2nd Annual UNLV Fall Engineering Job Fair
The Criterion recruiting team will be attending the UNLV Fall Engineering Job Fair on October 25th. The event takes place on the Thomas Beam Engineering Plaza located on UNLV’s campus. The job fair is the College of Engineering’s single largest hiring event and offers engineering majors the opportunity to connect with potential employers.

Christy Cooper, Senior Technical Recruiter
Christy is an alumni of Virginia Tech and has more than 17 years of experience with full-cycle recruitment, training, and customer outreach. She is considered an expert within cybersecurity recruitment but still loves recruiting other IT roles. She is very excited to coach you on how to break into the cybersecurity field or how to land that next amazing opportunity with us. When she is not in the office then you can find her chasing her two young children, impersonating a gourmet chef in the kitchen, or enjoying the outdoors.

Wayne Maddock, SOC Manager
Wayne is currently the Criterion Systems’ Security Operations Center (SOC) Manager in Las Vegas. Wayne is passionate about encouraging a career in Cybersecurity and is excited to discuss available roles supporting Security Frameworks for Federal government and commercial customers. When not focusing on SOC operations and strategies on how best to stop cyber advisories, Wayne can be found on a golf course or hiking one of the many scenic trails in the area.
