The ITES-3S scope includes a full range of services and solutions necessary for the Army to satisfy its support of the Army Enterprise info structure and infrastructure goals with IT services throughout CONUS and OCONUS locations, including warzone areas. The scope includes the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Information Management (C4IM) requirements as defined in Army Regulation 25-1 (AR 25-1).

The Department of the Navy’s SeaPort Next Generation (SeaPort NxG) ID/IQ multiple-award contract vehicle covers support service requirements in two categories: engineering support services and program management support services. These are further divided into 23 functional areas.

The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Enhanced Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise (E-SITE) multiple award contract vehicle provides worldwide coverage of IT across the defense intelligence enterprise and the greater intelligence community. E-SITE Contractors recommend strategies and courses of action that specifically address improved mission capabilities, data migration, capacity planning, systems/infrastructure engineering, and support activities for enterprise operations.

National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Information Technology (IT) Infrastructure and Cyber Security Support

The NNSA IICS is a Blanket Purchase Agreement covers a wide spectrum of IT and Cyber Security support for NNSA’s Office of Information Management and has an estimated value of $250 million spanning five years. By further committing to fair and open competition, NNSA continues to drive technical innovation, reduce costs, and increase the value of taxpayers’ dollars.

United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).  FNS uses the BPA to provide operations and maintenance (O&M) support and enhancement support services for its Electronic Disqualified Recipient System (eDRS) application in support of its Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).

The Forest Service FAM Information Technology (IT) Branch, located in Boise, Idaho, uses the USDA FAM BPA to support the applications used  by the Interagency Fire Community, which includes the Forest Service, Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Land Management (BLM), National Park Service (NPS), Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), US Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS), Department of Homeland Security – Federal Emergency Management Administration (DHS-FEMA), State Forestry Agencies (all 50 states), and Municipal Agencies.
