Criterion Systems Promotes Charlie Doyle to Chief Operating Officer and Marcie Cheney to Chief Strategy Officer

Vienna, Va., August 10, 2020 – Criterion Systems, Inc. announced today that Charlie Doyle has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer and Marcie Cheney has been promoted to Chief Strategy Officer. The two promotions are effective immediately.

Mr. Doyle joining Criterion more than eight years ago and served as the Senior Vice President of Civilian Operations, where he was responsible for revenue growth, successful execution of program operations, and customer relationships. Before joining Criterion, Mr. Doyle held progressive senior leadership roles overseeing IT portfolios at SAIC and Raytheon over a 25+ year career supporting the Federal government.

Ms. Cheney joined Criterion 11 years ago and served as the Senior Vice President of Business Development Strategy, leading business development, capture management, proposal management, and marketing for the company. Prior to joining Criterion, she directed media relations and supported integrated marketing programs for a small technical solutions company.

Mr. Doyle is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration: Computer Information Systems from Bloomfield College. He is active in Shootout for Soldiers to Support American Veterans. Ms. Cheney has a B.A. in Government and History from Bowdoin College. She recently served as President of the Maine State Society Foundation and is active with The Women’s Center (TWC).
