Mr. Shailesh Patel is Criterion’s Chief Solutions Architect, responsible for providing technical leadership and execution support for large, complex, strategically important enterprise programs and proposals. He has wide ranging experience in leading the definition, architecture, and implementation of technology solutions ranging from on-prem to cloud-based systems. He also directs Criterion’s Cloud Center of Excellence.
In this role at Criterion, Mr. Patel leads and supports Lean-Agile organizational transformations using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). He has formed Agile Program/Project Management Offices (PMO), established governance procedures, led organizational change initiatives, and established performance measures to track organizational and team performance.
Mr. Patel also leads the solutions aspects of business development, leveraging his domain expertise to develop a comprehensive understanding of customer requirements and then define a complete solution that meets all technical and pricing requirements. He has more than three decades of program management, capture management, and solutions development experience, and served as a consultant in this field for many years, most recently as the Principal of Envenio Consulting, LLC.
He holds an MS in Engineering Management from Catholic University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech. He is a certified SAFe 4 Program Consultant, SAFe 4 Agilist, and PMP.
