Coffee and breakfast, reading, cooking, making lists, and exercise.

What advice would you give to someone looking to become a technical writer?
If you like technical details; strive for perfect spelling, grammar, and layout; enjoy content variety; and can extract meaningful yet understandable information out of eclectic personalities, give it a try.
What is the craziest/oddest job you have ever had? Something that might surprise your peers.
My first Air Force specialty surprises most people—Aircraft Armament Systems Technician, a.k.a, Bomb Loader. I know my way around a toolbox!
