Being employee-centric is one of Criterion’s corporate values. As part of this, we are continually looking for new ways to support our employees’ professional development and career goals. Therefore, over the course of 2021, we have invested in launching a mentorship program, better organizing our training program, and hosting interns this summer. Today, we announced that all three of these programs form the pillars of Criterion University, a centralized resource and benefit for all of our employees.
As our CEO, Promod Sharma, always says, companies are built on people, not desks and chairs, and we take care of our people.
