29 Sep Criterion Re-Appraised at CMMI Maturity Level 3 for Services

We are happy to announce that Criterion has been re-appraised at the CMMI Institute (an ISACA enterprise) Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Maturity Level 3 for Services. CMMI is a capability improvement framework that provides organizations with the essential elements of effective processes that ultimately improve their performance. Maturity Level 3 indicates that our organization is performing at a “defined level,” where our processes are well characterized and understood, and are described in standards, procedures, tools, and methods.
What our CMMI Maturity Level 3 rating means for customers:
- Our work and processes have received the highest form of third-party validation.
- We take a proactive approach to managing projects and processes.
- We’re dedicated to continuous improvement and producing great work that makes a difference.
Criterion received our initial CMMI for Services (CMMI-SVC) Maturity Level 3 rating in July 2018 and was successfully reappraised in 2021 by Advance Network Technology Solutions, Inc. We received our CMMI for Development (CMMI-DEV) Maturity Level 3 rating in September 2014 and were successfully reappraised in 2017 and 2020.
