07 Dec Criterion Holds Leadership Forum
On December 3, Criterion brought together executives, managers, and emerging leaders at the company for a full day of training and knowledge exchange. This annual event, produced by Criterion University, the company’s training and professional development program, had as its theme, “Managing in a Fast-Growth Environment.” Through case studies, panels, and focused discussions, attendees heard about how we combine our long-term vision with strong strategies and process-driven execution to reach our ambitious corporate growth goals.
It was particularly wonderful to see everyone in person, after nearly two years of remote learning events!
Bakul Chibber, a Criterion vice president and the executive in charge of Criterion University commented, “Our Leadership Forum was a high energy event. It was very impressive to see the depth and diversity of talent in this company. If past is prologue, our future is very bright!”
