Department of Agriculture IT Support Services (DAITSS)

Overview

The DAITSS BPA covers all possible information technology support services and was issued against GSA’s Multiple Award Schedule via FAR Part 8.405-3 procedures. All USDA agencies and offices may issue orders against the BPA.

Services in scope include: Enabling Delivery Services, Strategic IT Management Support, Hosting/Cloud Support, Website and Application Support, Software and Hardware Support, Administration Support, and IT Security and Compliance Services (Security, Cybersecurity Support Services, Non-Network Related IT Security Incident Response, Continuity of Operations (COOP) and Disaster Recovery (DR), and Authority to Operate (ATO) Support).
