Medical Coverage
Employees have the choice of three Medical Insurance plans – an HSA, an HMO, or a PPO. All Medical Insurance plans include prescription drug coverage. Criterion covers the full cost of employee HSA and HMO coverage and a majority of the cost of family coverage. Employees can opt out of Medical Insurance and choose to receive a taxable benefit of $450 per quarter.
Vision Coverage
Vision Insurance is available for employees and their dependents. Criterion covers the full cost of employee coverage and a majority of the cost of family coverage.
Disability Insurance
Criterion provides Short and Long Term Disability Insurance at no cost to employees.
Basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance
Criterion provides Life and AD&D Insurance at two times the annual salary, up to $250,000. There is no cost to employees.
Education & Training Assistance
Criterion offers up to $3,000 per calendar year for job-related training or tuition reimbursement as approved by the supervisor.
Flexible Spending Accounts
Criterion offers Heath and Dependent Care FSAs so employees can contribute pre-tax dollars to pay health and dependent care expenses. Criterion covers the administrative cost of the benefit.
Employee Discounts
Criterion partners with LifeMart for discounts on items like movie tickets, travel options, and shopping.
Consolidated Leave
Employees may use Paid Time Off (PTO) for vacation, sick, or personal leave. PTO accrues according to the following schedule: 0-2 Years: 15 Days; 3-7 Years: 20 Days; Over 7 Years: 25 Days. Criterion offers 10 paid holidays per year.
Dental Coverage
Dental Insurance is available for employees and their dependents. Criterion covers the full cost of employee coverage and a majority of the cost of family coverage.
401(k) Plan
Criterion matches 50% of up to 8% of pay contributed by employees as allowed by law.
Voluntary Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance
Employees can elect additional Voluntary Life Insurance for themselves (up to $500,000), their spouse (up to $250,000), and their children (up to $10,000). Employees cover the cost of the benefit.
Employee Referral
Rewards for referring job candidates to Criterion Systems.
Health Savings Accounts
Employees who participate in the HSA medical plan can open a Health Savings Account. Criterion makes a competitive contribution to employees’ HSAs on a per-pay-period basis.
