Our expert-level staff analyze, create, implement, and support cutting edge technologies in support of the Digital Infrastructure Services Center (DISC) contract for the United States Department of Agriculture. DISC provides critical IT infrastructure, data center services, and cloud hosting for vital federal government functions.  

·         Apply our Metrics-Based Management approach to drive fulfillment of NITC Performance Requirements, adherence to reporting requirements, and promote continuous improvement in all task areas
·         Serve as secondary point of contact with the Government COR and provide Management Reports outlining the expenditures, billings, progress, status, and problems/ issues.
·         Enforce work standards, assign contractor schedules, provide direct supervision and management of personnel, and define DISC communication policies, procedures, and goals to subordinates.
·         Apply our Metrics-Based Management approach and the analytical, as well as PMBOK best practices for planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling project performance
·         Define the technical approach, organizational resources, and management controls to accomplish each PWS requirements
·         Provide processes, procedures, and guidance for managing overall task performance, assigning and managing contractor work schedules to ensure 100% coverage of all tasks
·         Review work discrepancies; communicating DISC policies, purposes, and goals to Team Criterion personnel
·         Track LincPass expiration dates; personnel management, including scheduling and monitoring training activities and potential absences, completing and submitting travel requests
·         Attend all required meetings, to include at least monthly meetings with the COR or Government project staff, and at least bi-monthly meetings with the ACORT; notifying the ACORT of any employee absence, maintaining up-to-date lists of GFE/GFI; and developing and submitting the monthly status report
·         Define duties to be performed by all contractor personnel
·         Maintain a monthly calendar of contractor personnel scheduled absences for the next two months as an appendix to the monthly status report

Time Off
