Alison Wolfe, Vice President, Business Development Operations

Ms. Alison Wolfe manages Criterion’s Proposal Development Center which focuses on delivering best in class, successful Federal IT and cybersecurity proposal submissions. She partners with cross-functional leaders across the organization and drives business development and capture teams to develop solutions that exceed customer goals. Her focus on continuous improvement within the Proposal Development Center ensures we successfully achieve both corporate and customer strategic objectives.

With more than 25 years of strategic Government consulting experience, Ms. Wolfe has integrated and evolved her Federal contract management capabilities to build business development functions that result in significant organizational growth. She brings a proven track record of success in applying organizational design/development/change management methods to transform organizations. Her rich management expertise is born from leading integrated capture and proposal teams developing technology proposals ranging in size, scope, and vehicles. Prior to Criterion, Ms. Wolfe directly oversaw business capture and proposal development within the energy and environment business division of a large IT services company. In addition, she directly managed and executed solutions for Federal environment and land management programs in the areas of strategic planning, web design/development, policy analysis, program oversight and evaluation, community/stakeholder involvement and outreach, and natural resource management.

Ms. Wolfe holds a double major B.A. in Environmental Science/Political Science from Alfred University. She is an active member of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP).
