We are happy to announce that Criterion has made two key leadership promotions:  Rick Williams is now Vice President and Controller and Corionna Canada is now Vice President, Contracts and Purchasing. Both have played crucial roles in supporting Criterion’s rapid growth.

Rick is a seasoned financial executive with more 30 years of experience within the Federal government contracting and pharmaceutical industries. He has served as Criterion’s controller for more than a decade, ensuring the accuracy of our company’s financials. In 2019, Rick received Criterion’s Corporate Employee of the Year Award for his outstanding work in support of the company and its employees.

Corionna joined Criterion last year as Director, Contracts and Purchasing, with more than 13 years of experience in managing government contracts. Since then, she has undertaken a considerable effort to grow the contracts team, mature the department’s processes, and educate Criterion employees from both corporate departments and program operations teams about these improved processes.

“Rick and Corionna have significantly increased the maturity of Criterion’s financial, contracting, and purchasing processes and infrastructure and are trusted business advisors,” stated Steve Mast, Criterion’s Chief Financial Officer. “Together, they have led their respective departments to the level of maturity required for Criterion to successfully compete for larger procurements and manage more complex programs. Our company will benefit from their valuable leadership as we continue to grow.”
